Ltd.), employees more than 25 highly qualified professionals (engineers, scientists, etc.) and focuses its activities in the field of management consulting and particularly in the development and implementation of management systems (according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS, OHSAS18001, BS7799, ISO 17025, Business Excellence Models (EFQM), etc.), where it is the market leader in Greece.
Q-PLAN provides also high quality services with respect to (i) project management, (ii) development of business commercial operational plans and (iii) Energy and sustainable development studies, design and implementation of Renewable Energy systems.
The customers of the company are Organizations and Enterprises (including SMEs) practically from all the business and economic sectors. To mention some: Hellenic Telecommunication Organisation (OTE), 3E, Ericsson, Siemens, J&J, etc.
In addition, Q-PLAN has wide experience in respect to the design, management, co-ordination and monitoring of high complexity projects with international dimension (including FP5 & FP6 projects).
Company's expertise in project management and co-ordination led to its participation in some of the largest projects in respect to the organisation of the Olympic Games of 2004 in Athens. Q-PLAN has a subsidiary in Thessaloniki, North Greece (7 employees).
