The 2nd meeting of SHIELD project took place in Tallinn (Estonia) on June 11th. The 2nd meeting was hosted in H&K offices in Tallinn.

Representatives of all partners Q-PLAN & AUTH (Greece), PBF (Poland), H&K (Estonia), HUENGEO (Turkey) gathered together to discuss on and evaluate SHIELD’s implementation and plan for the future.

The agenda of the meeting included the overall progress review, the assessment of the selection procedure of the RTD projects and the respective scientific material that was collected, the status of the preparation of the information material for project’s events, whereas special attention was also given on the adaptation procedure of the scientific content and on the organization and planning of the information activities in the 4 countries.

The meeting ended with the planning of the next steps until the next meeting in Ankara (September 30th) and the summarization of the conclusions by the project co-ordinator.

A summary of 2nd meeting minutes was in latter stage prepared and disseminated to partners by the project co-ordinator.
