The 3rd meeting of SHIELD project took place in Ankara (Turkey) on October 1st. The 3nd meeting was hosted in Hacettepe University Campus in Ankara.

Representatives of all partners Q-PLAN & AUTH (Greece), PBF (Poland), H&K (Estonia), HUENGEO (Turkey) gathered together to discuss on and evaluate SHIELD’s implementation and plan for the future.

The agenda of the meeting included the overall progress review, the status of the preparation of the information material for project’s events, whereas special emphasis was given on the detailed finalisation of the organization and planning of the information activities in the 4 countries. The meeting ended with the planning of the next steps until the end of the project and the summarization of the conclusions by the project co-ordinator.

A summary of 3nd meeting minutes was in latter stage prepared and disseminated to partners by the project co-ordinator.
